Requesting Certificates

 

You may request replacement Baptism and/or Marriage Certificates from the Parish Office. 

The Parish Office is open from 9am till 12.30pm weekdays, however you are welcome to call and leave your details outside office hours.

Baptism Certificates: Baptism certificates can usually be issued, by the Parish Secretary,  on the same day that they are requested. You may request a Baptism Certificate over the phone or by e-mail.

The certificate may be collected in person, e-mailed or sent by post. 

There is no charge for Baptism Certificates.

Information required: 

  • Persons full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of Baptism if known
  • Contact number
  • Address (if you require the certificate to be posted)

Marriage Certificates: Marriage certificates may only be issued by an 'Authorised Person' (Registrar), therefore you may have to wait a few days to receive the certificate.

A charge of £7.00 is payable for Marriage Certificates. Cheques should be made payable to 'English Martyrs'.  Payment must be recieved before we can release Certificates.
