Facilities for Young Families

It is our mission to be a welcoming church, and to be especially welcoming and encouraging towards families with young children who wish to attend Mass. 

Wer offer the following facilities:

Children’s Corner
situated at the front left hand side of the church.

Here you will find a place where small children can play quietly with a whole array of child friendly toys and activities.   We hope that the area will allow you to keep your children occupied whilst still being able to remain in church with us to celebrate the Eucharist.  
 

Children's Liturgy

For children aged 4 - 11 years it is a great opportunity to make friends, play games and listen to stories about Jesus' adventures.

Children's liturgy is held every Sunday at 11 o'clock Mass.

for use in St Thomas’ Room

There are two 'booster seats' available in St Thomas' Room. 

Clear instructions for the use of the seats are attached.

 

 * Whilst the church makes every effort to sustain a safe & healthy environment for our parishioners in general and our young children in particular, parents are ultimately responsible for the care of their children.  Parents are reminded that children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the church grounds, whether in the Parish Garden, Children’s area, Church or St Thomas’ Room.  Thank you.
