English Martyrs’ Parish Community is committed to following the example of Jesus in welcoming children into our midst. We recognise that bringing small children to Mass can be difficult for those adults accompanying them. Therefore, we have created a Children’s Corner in the top left hand side of the church. Here you will find a place where small children* can play quietly with a whole array of child friendly toys and activities. We hope that the area will allow you to keep your children occupied whilst still being able to remain in church with us to celebrate the Eucharist. *Parents are asked to supervise their children when utilising this space, for safety reasons. The family area contains some comfy cushions and a range of books and toys to keep your children amused. There are Baby-changing Facilities, situated in the larger of the two disabled toilets in the St Thomas' Room, and booster seats are available for use in St Thomas' Room too.
