The Hospital Chaplain regularly visits Catholics in the Hospital and takes Communion to them, but there is a need for us, as a parish, to express our care and concern for our fellow parishioners when they are admitted to Hospital. This ministry takes the form of simple hospital visiting but can also include visiting those who are sick and still living at home.
