Welcomers

It is our mission to welcome and encourage newcomers into our Church community. A team of parishioners endeavour to be on hand at Mass to offer a warm and friendly face to all.
 

It can be quite daunting to enter an unfamiliar Church, not knowing any of the 'usual faces' or the facilities.

Here at English Martyrs' we have a team of 'Welcomers' who endeavour to offer a friendly face to both newcomers and regulars alike.  They undertake a variety of tasks, including handing out hymn books and bulletins, but are also available to offer assistance and information when needed.
